Last summer I (1) traveled to London with my best friend Jennifer. As we (2) were walking around, we (3) saw on the map that we (4) were close to Baker Street, the home of the famous detective, Sherlock Holmes. So we (5) followed the map until we (6) reached 221b Baker Street. Today there is a Sherlock Holmes museum there, so we (7) bought some tickets and (8) entered. It (9) was a fascinating place with lots of objects from the Sherlock Holmes stories. Then something remarkable (10) happened. While Jennifer (11) was looking out of the famous first-floor room onto the street, she (12) saw someone who (13) was trying to pick an old man's pocket. She (14) started banging on the window, and luckily, the old man (15) noticed the pickpocket at work. He (16) screamed for help, and as the pickpocket (17) was running down the street, a policeman (18) caught him. He (19) didn't get away. It (20) wasn't exactly a Sherlock Holmes case, but at least the criminal was caught.
