The law mentioned here will affect the working conditions for minors (people under 18). They will be unable to officially work part-time, this is to prevent child exploitation. When the law goes into effect many children will benefit, as it will be very difficult to find cheap labour, as teen-agers were the one doing them. Overall, this law will help many youngsters.
