Hi Jenny.
I'm in South Africa with Samantha this summer The weather is great-it's really
sunny so I'm getting a nice tan. We're staying near Kruger National park in a small
hotel and leaving for a camping trip in Eastern Cape next week. It's an amazing
place. The locals say you get beautiful views across the sea and you can watch
lots of wild birds. At the moment we're waiting to go on a safari to see the famous
"big five (lions, buffalos, elephants, rhinos and leopards). I'm hoping to get some
good photos! The guide says it can be a long day so I'm taking lots of local
delicacies and fruit tea. Right now I'm watching Samantha who's trying to learn the
names of the animals in Afrikaans (the second language here), it's really funny -
pity you aren't here to see it! See you in two weeks.
