"We **are** ready to go in a minute. I **waited** as Janice **jumped** in the car, and we **drove** to the movies. "Where do you want to go?" he **asked**. "The movies," we all **said** at the same time. We **walked** in and **paid** for our tickets. After the movie **was** over, we **drove** up to a local pizza place and **got** a large pizza. We **ate** the whole pizza and headed up to the mall. I'm afraid I **ate** too much. Soon, it **came** nightfall, and he **drove** us back home.

I **was crying** because I **knew** this was the last time I'd see him until the summer break. The next day we **had** to go back home to St. Louis.
