Nikolaev has two universities - Nikolaev Shipbuilding Institute and the Pedagogical Institute . One of the attractions is the Nikolaev Astronomical Observatory . One of the most famous museums are Nikolaev shipbuilding museum and art museum named Vereshchagin .
