Person A: Hi there! I heard you love to travel. Can you tell me about some of your adventures?
Person B: Absolutely! One of my most memorable trips was to the Grand Canyon in the United States. The vastness and beauty of the canyon were breathtaking.
Person A: That sounds amazing! What did you do there?
Person B: I went hiking along the South Rim and also took a helicopter tour to get a bird’s eye view of the canyon. The views were simply spectacular.
Person A: Wow, that must have been an incredible experience! Any other memorable trips?
Person B: Yes, another unforgettable journey was to the city of Paris in France. I visited iconic landmarks like the Eiffel Tower, Louvre Museum, and Notre-Dame Cathedral. The city’s rich history and culture were truly captivating.
Person A: Paris is indeed a beautiful city. It’s on my bucket list. Did you try any local cuisine?
Person B: Of course! I tried escargot and croissants, and I absolutely fell in love with French pastries. The food was as impressive as the city itself.

Max: Fine!
Bеn: Look over there. That`s the building of the Royal Exchange.
Max: Is this old building still used as the Royal Exchange?
Bеn: No, it isn`t. There is a modern Royal Exchange in London at present. It was built recently.
Max: What is this large building on the right?
Bеn: This is the Bank of England. This bank is over 270 years already. And on the left you can see the Mansion House. It is the residence of our Lord Mayor.
Max: What is that interesting building over there?
Bеn: That is the St. Paul`s Cathedral. It is one of the finest samples of European architecture.
Max: This is a very big cathedral! How long did it take to erect it?
Bеn: Thirty-five years.
Max: I see Trafalgar Square!
Bеn: We will stop here and walk a little.
Max: I couldn`t imagine that Trafalgar Square is so big.
Bеn: The citizens of London often arrange their meeting in this square. And on the left you can see the National Gallery. This gallery displays pictures of many famous artists.
Max: I always wanted to visit this famous gallery.
