I'm sorry to hear that you haven't been feeling well recently. I hope you're feeling better now.

As you know, I haven't been exercising for the last few months and I've put on some weight. Anyway, I really want to lose weight and get fit at the same time, so I decided that I'm going to join the new gym in Greenstone Park. It's got excellent facilities! I've been there several times and I've made some new friends there too!

What else? Well, Rebecca and I have been studying really hard for the last two weeks because we have a Maths exam tomorrow. We really enjoy it.
