2.Jupiter has 79 known moons 3.During the lunar day, temperatures can reach up to about 127 degrees. In contrast, during the lunar night, temperatures can drop drastically to around -173 degrees. 4.The Moon has  craters due to impacts from asteroids, meteoroids, and comets over billions of years. Unlike Earth, the Moon lacks significant atmospheric protection, so these objects hit its surface directly, creating craters. 5.The first person to walk on the Moon was Neil Armstrong, on July 20, 1969, as part of NASA's Apollo 11 mission. 6.NASA and the European Space Agency have planned missions. These missions  include lunar exploration, studying asteroids, investigating other planets and moons within our solar system, developing new spacecraft and technology, and conducting research for potential human missions to Mars.
