Title: Trapped in the Snow

Bob and Ian, experienced climbers, were making their way up a steep and dangerous mountain when they decided to stop and rest in a small cave. Little did they know, the snow outside was blocking the entrance to the cave, trapping them inside. As they tried to stay warm with a small stove and instant soup, they heard a rumbling noise and suddenly, snow and ice fell, further trapping them.

Scared and freezing cold, they radioed for help and three hours later, rescuers arrived. It took six hours for the rescuers to dig them out, and they were finally taken to the Rescue Centre by helicopter. The rescuers asked if they would give up climbing, to which Ian replied that they wouldn't, but they would avoid going into caves in the future.

The experience of being trapped in the snow was a terrifying one for Bob and Ian, but it also taught them an important lesson about the dangers of caves in snowy conditions.
