A healthy diet is very important because we are what we eat. We should eat lots of fruit and vegetables. They have vitamins and minerals. The best food is local food. It’s good to eat organic food. It is food without chemicals. Don’t eat too much sugar or drink fizzy drinks.

People should avoid stress and not be nervous.

People should also avoid bad habits. Smoking, taking drugs and drinking alcohol can be very harmful.
