In the year 2145, Earth's last city thrived beneath a synthetic sky. Humans, linked to a virtual utopia, forgot the desolate surface. Yet, whispers of a forgotten world echoed. A brave soul, driven by curiosity, unplugged from the illusion. Reality, harsh and beautiful, awaited discovery, unveiling secrets lost in the pursuit of perfection.
“Sirian tea, please, with earthling jam,” said the large green alien, handing the android bartender a crumpled bill, “Your jam is beyond praise!”
“Here you go,” the bartender answered dryly, placing a cup of tea and a bowl with a reddish substance on the counter in front of the green healthy man, “only the jam is not made from earthlings, but from wild strawberries.” This berry, however, was also produced on Earth. The menu contains an abbreviated name.
“What a shame,” the green one muttered with annoyance, twisting his tentacles into a spiral, “and I’ve already sent a small fleet to Earth to collect and process ingredients... And what will they bring me now?...
Nelson looked with admiration and awe at the night sky, where dozens of UFOs had appeared a moment ago. One of them landed very close.
