Alexander Sergeevich Pushkin is a poet whose works I grew up reading and which will remain with me forever. When I didn’t yet know how to read and write, my mother often loved to read his fairy tales to me. I especially liked hearing about the Golden Fish and Tsar Saltan, and the instructive story about the priest and his worker Balda also amused me.

These works were written in beautiful, unusual figurative language, but they were easy to read and listen to. They contained sparkling humor, an interesting plot and deep meaning. Later I realized that these are, in principle, the properties of Pushkin’s poetry.
