Mr. Green: Mr. Jakes, do you know that most of the world's population consumes non organic food?
Mr. Jakes: I don`t agree with you, Mr. Green. Organic foods are preferred by people who are more conscious about their health.
Mr. Green: Maximum consumers buy non organic food, as it is cheaper and easily available. Why should we eat organic food?
Mr. Jakes: Organic foods are safer and better, as they don't use any toxic chemicals in comparison with non-organic food. I know many times harmful preservatives are added to non-organic foods.
Mr. Green: They are not harmful. Non organic food is treated with preservatives in order to have a good shape and colour. And I also want to emphasize, Mr. Jakes, that organic food is more expensive than non-organic one.
Mr. Jakes: Organic foods contain more nutrients, that is, a higher amount of minerals and vitamins. Taste differs between organic and non-organic food, but this is debatable, as taste is a factor which varies, from individual to individual.
