Словообразование.
1.When I came home, Kitty was already there. She was on the phone and  (NOT SEE ) me enter. I didn’t mean to overhear her conversation but she was speaking loudly:
2.“No, I don’t think a house party is a good idea. Nick (HATE ) parties. 
3.A picnic or barbeque on the beach would be much (GOOD).
4.I understood that she was talking about me and smiled. Then I realized that I (FORGET )  about my own birthday!
5.However, Kitty was fond of all kinds of celebrations and never missed anything. A barbeque on the beach sounded like a good plan to ( I ) too. 
6.“Yes, I (ORDER) the cake, don’t worry,” Kitty continued. 
7.“I wish I (CAN ) make it myself but there’s no time for that.
8.Anyway, they promised to make a large cake, to decorate it with chocolate and to write Happy Birthday on the top. I think Nick (LIKE)  it. Do you think the same?”
9.The answer on the other side of the line was obviously positive and Kitty (GO)  on chatting happily about the other arrangements.
