If you love cool climate, Belarus is the best place for you. Winter is quite cold here, it snows frequently. And it's cold in the early spring too. Summer in Belarus is usually warm. The weather becomes better, people go swimming and sunbathing. But sometimes it's even rains or becomes too hot.
