Hello!! ! Not so long ago, I very seriously thought about a low level of moral and physical qualities, I did some research and came to the conclusion that our people have stopped to think about how to strive for a healthy future, not by drugs, but by own forces and the forces of nature!! ! That's why I want to tell you about the topic of sports. But first, a little introduction! There is a saying: How many people - so many opinions, it means that everyone has the right to freedom of choice and right to make decisions independently! And, in my opinion, sport is everybody's business. Man chooses, what kind of sports he likes, on what section he recorded and... to pay attention to whether sports in General!! ! As for me, I believe that sport is an integral part of each of us. Sport is something that brings joy and fun (if the person doing it voluntarily) . Also, sport is a way of expression, a way to reach certain heights and goals! As for me, sport is a separate world. I love to play sports. I always go to the gym with joy and hunting! For me it's a place where I can escape from absolutely all cases, troubles, problems and worries!
