Я считаю, что телефон в школе может приносить и вред и пользу. У кого-то, например, нет калькулятора, а на уроках химии и физики без него порой не обойтись. Иногда ученику нужно срочно связаться с родителями. Расписание проще не запоминать или записывать стоя, а сфотографировать. Но если ученик начинает слушать музыку на уроке, не выключает звук, и ему начинают звонить, писать СМС, это явное нарушение дисциплины и элементарное неуважение учителя.
