You know I like the New Year’s Holiday. I think this magic holiday is one of the best holidays in the year.
You want to know how we celebrate this holiday. Well, we send greeting cards to our friends and relatives. We decorate a beautiful New Year tree a symbol of the holiday and buy gifts. My Mum makes a huge cake. She cooks a turkey with vegetables or a goose with apples too and makes different tasty things for a holiday table. We invite our friends and have a merry party. We wear funny costumes, sing songs, dance to music, and play games. At midnight we say “Happy New Year!” to each other and give and get presents and then watch the holiday salute. Sometimes we watch an interesting New Year’s programme on TV or go outside to have fun.
