I think our health depends on our way of life. That means we must take care of our health. The saying “Health is wealth” is true. Those who want to be healthy must try hard. If we are healthy, we may solve different problems. On the other hand, if we are unhealthy, we won’t be pleased with life.

To be healthy people do different things. Many people go for a healthy diet. They eat a lot of fruit and vegetables because there are plenty of vitamins in them.   ПЕРЕВОД( Я думаю, что наше здоровье зависит от нашего образа жизни. Это означает, что мы должны заботиться о нашем здоровье. “Здоровье - богатство”, очень верно сказано. Те, кто хочет быть здоров, должны усердно трудиться. Если мы здоровы, мы можем решить различные проблемы. С другой стороны, если мы будем больны, то мы не будем радоваться жизни.

Люди много делают для того, чтобы быть здоровыми. Многие люди соблюдают здоровую диету. Они едят много фруктов и овощей, потому что в них много витаминов.

It is well known that healthy people live longer and their career is more successful. To look well you must follow some simple rules: don’t smoke and take drugs, don’t drink alcohol, don’t eat too much chips and sweets, eat more vegetables and fruits, sleep well, do exercises.
We have two lessons of physical training once a week. We do exercises, run, jump, play basketball and volleyball, ski in winter. I think that we must have more lessons of physical training than we have now. For example American pupils have their PT lessons every day.
I like to play tennis, to ride a bicycle and to swim. But most of all I like roller-skating. Last year I could hardly wait for snow to melt, I put on roller-skates and went outdoors. I spent one or two hours every day skating with my friends and we’ve got a lot of fun!
I don’t smoke (nobody smokes in our family).
