Weather prediction is our tradition. We always look for the signs in nature. We  rely on the experience of our ancestors. Here are our beliefs: 
The higher the clouds, the finer the weather.
Clear Moon, frost soon.
When big clouds appear there will be showers.
Rainbow in the morning indicates strong shower.
Ring around the moon, rain is real soon.
Red sky at night, the weather will be dry and sunny.
Red sky in the morning, the strong wind and even storm is coming.
Dew in the morning indicates the sunny dry day ahead.
When small clouds join and thicken, we expect rain.
