Ну, смотри. 
Present Simple мы юзаем, когда говорим о чем-то, что происходит каждый день. Например, "Каждое утро я чищу зубы". Every morning i wash my teeth.
"Каждый понедельник я хожу в школу".  Every monday i go to school.
"Я работаю писателем". I am a writer.


Present Continous мы используем, говоря о чем-то, что происходит прямо сейчас. 
"Я пишу книгу". I am writing the book.
"Я чищу зубы". I am washing my teeth.

Так же Симпл мы используем, описывая свои эмоции. 
I love... I hate... 
Нельзя сказать i'm loving, i'm hating и тд.

По грамматике помочь? Ну, чем отличаются эти времена на практике?
