Giraffes are wild animals which live in Africa. Giraffes are the tallest land animals. Giraffes have a very long neck and legs. They have a light yellowish or brownish colour with dark spots. They have small horns on the head. They have a long black tongue, which can be up to 45 cm long. Giraffes eat leaves and fruit from tall trees, they can reach them because of their long legs and long necks. Their height also helps them to see dangerous predatory animals from a distance. They can live without water for weeks. Giraffes are amazing animals, I like them very much.
