I'm going to talk about some secrets of a healthy life style. Well, physical activities and sport play important role in our lives because it improves our health. Basically, people should spend a significant amount of time outdoors to breath fresh air. Also you should follow eating habits: eat healthy food and avoid junk food. People should spend some time doing sport daily. As for me, I do my best to keep fit. To sum up, to be healthy, you should do sport regularly and eat healthy food. That's all I wanted to say about secrets of healthy life style.
