I have got a porridge, some toasts and fruits, for example an apple,a banana or a pear. Also I like drink hot tea in morning, it helps me feel  more cheerful. In lunch, usually I have got some sandwiches and juice. More of all i like sandwiches with cheese. In dinner, my mom cooks a soup and different garnish. Such as pasta, potatoes or rice. In dinner my family like drink tea or coffee with cake or cookies. And in supper I have got fish or meat with some salad.
