Если просто ставить глаголы в форму Past Perfect, то кое-где получатся очень странные предложения. Где-то явно нужно Past Perfect Continuous - где он нужен, я его и поставлю.

9. had spent.

10. had been phoning. (судя по всему, пропущено слово перед глаголом в скобках - не указано кто именно звонил родителям).

11. had got.

12. had passed.

13. had been cooking.

14. had had.

15. had got.
