You have received a letter from your English pen friend who writes that he/she enjoys
films based on true historic facts. Write a letter to your English pen-friend and say
• what kinds of films you like watching
• if you prefer watching films in the cinema or at home and why
• if you agree that it is better to read a book before watching the film based on it. Why or

Dear Dan,

Thank you for your letter. I was glad to hear from you again. Sorry for not writing earlier. I was busy preparing for my exams.

In your letter you ask me about films. As for me, I really enjoy comedies because they make me laugh and I can relax from study. By the way, my favourite comedy is 'Groundhog Day'. To be honest, I prefer watching movies at home because I can pause the film or eat any kind of food. You know, I believe that it's better to better to read a book before watching the film based on it because the main idea of the story may differ. Besides, books usually contain more details about characters that the movies.

Anyway, I have to go now as it's time for bed. Write me back.
