If you were the Minister of Education of your country what changes would you make in the educational system of your country?

If I were the Minister of Education of Russia  I would make the biggest change  in the educational system - I would abandon all homework. Pupils would study all they need in school. They wouldn't have to do any extra work at home. Moreover I would punish the teachers who would dare to give any homework to pupils!
