Among the abundance of genres of films, most of all I prefer comedies, fiction or adventure films. My most favorite movie, which I can watch over and over again, is called "Hachiko: The most faithful Friend". This picture is based on real events that took place in Japan in the thirties. This story of a dog named Hachiko touched the hearts of people so much that a monument was even erected to him. I think there is no person right now who would not have watched this wonderful film at least once. And if you've watched it more than once, then it's worth it.
The story of the film is incredibly exciting and no less tragic. The main character, a university professor, when returning home from work, found a puppy at the railway station that was lost. Parker Wilson, that was the professor's name, tried to find his owners, but after unsuccessful attempts, he still decided to keep the baby for himself and gave him the nickname Hachiko. Between the owner and the puppy there was some kind of irrepressible affection, they became inseparable friends and always spent a lot of time together.
This is a very emotional film, in which Richard Gere played with talent and realism. Such films make us think about how important it is to understand the true values that are nearby.
