Вообще-то ты должен был ещё и текст скинуть, но я думаю и без текста правильно отвечу.
1. Because they hadn't such good technologies which we have nowadays.
2.People could build skyscrapers when the big cranes, trucks, concrete mixers and other construction vehicles were invented.
3.Elevators changed our lifes a lot , because due to them we now can get to very high floors of skyscrapers without losing too much energy.
4.Because the skyscrapers need more energy than usual buildings, also it consists many people in it, and we know that population is higher in cities.
5.People saw them and maybe said "it is scraping the sky" with a joke, because they are very tall and high.
6. It took about 410 days to construct it.
7.Infrastructure of this unique town with a roof provides for a covered skating ring, home сinema, cafes, bars, restaurants, a hall for family celebrations, a poolroom, around-the-clock medical service, a centre of children's development, a supermarket, and a shopping centre and other places.
