Помогите переделать текст в косвенную речь, срочно.

 

 

When people have problems, the first thing to do is to talk. Tell them what makes you unhappy. Just be brave when you speak to them. Don't use words like "never" and "always". Don't use words that hurt people. Speak calmly.

If communication does not provide a solution, ask someone who is older than both of you for help. If they don't support you, take things into your own hands and be firm.

If yo can't do it one way, try another. This is how great discoveries are made.

The teacher of psychology told us that when people have problems, the first thing to do is to talk and to tell them what makes you unhappy. Also she said to be brave when you speak to them and not to use words like "never" and "always". She told us not to use words that hurt people and to speak calmly.

The teacher claimed that if communication does not provide a solution, we should ask someone who is older that both of you for help and added that if they don't support you, you should take thing into your own hands and be firm.

Also she said  to try another way if you can't do it one way. She told that that is how great discoveries are made.

P.S. Обратите внимание, что несмотря на то, что главное предложение в Past Simple, придаточное будет оставаться в том времени, в каком было в прямой речи. Это обуславливается тем, что информация, заключённая в прямой речи, является повествованием того что люди делают регулярно. Иными словами, данная информация всегда является действительной.
