1)I don't think eyes say anything about a person's personality. By looking into a person's eyes, we can guess their emotional state. Whether they are happy or sad, excited or calm. But looking into their eyes, we do not learn anything important about their character. We can learn about their personality by spending time with them.
2) I think that both of these quotes tell us that we should not judge person by their appearance and looks. We should try to get to know people without judging how they look. in the soul, a person may not be at all the way he manifests himself
3)Most of all I appreciate honesty and straightforwardness in people, because you can rely on such a person. He will express all his claims, if he has any, without inventing any fairy tales and stories.Love and friendship, built on lies and deception, sooner or later crack, as a result of which it seems possible to determine the role of honesty in a person's life.
4)I can not say that appearance is not at all important when a person wants to get a job. At least you should try to look neat and tidy, especially at interviews. In some professions, appearance plays more of a role. For example, in some countries, to be a flight attendant, you need to be good-looking and of a certain height. But this does not mean knowledge and professionalism do not play an important role. Even with a pleasant appearance, a person should still have skills. There are professions where appearance is the most important factor. For example, in the modeling profession, appearance plays a key role.
