I eat four or five times a day. I like eating vegetables and fruit to keep my diet well-balanced. I start my morning with a cup of hot coffee with milk. My second breakfast includes eggs, bread and porridge. For lunch I have soup and pasta, sometimes rice. I try to eat 5 vegetables every day. My favorite are carrots and tomatoes. For dinner I prefer eating fish or meat with potatoes. Sometimes my diet isn’t as healthy as it supposed to be, because I like having cappuccino and chocolate cookies.
