Dear friend i have just found out that i'm short-sighted. The doctors say that it is getting worse. If it really is, i won't be able to read and play my favorite computer games very soon. I feel really upset about it. What do you think i can do about it?

You should eat a lot of vegetables and fruit because they have gota lot of vitamins, and of course you should take medicine.You should give up playing computer games.
