Could you turn on the heating, please? (incorrect - more polite request would be "Would it be possible to turn on the heating, please?")

Would you mind getting me some water, please? (incorrect - the request is for the sister to do something, not get something for the speaker)

Could you please iron my new shirt? (correct)

Could you please hold the tent frame? (correct)

Could you please keep the noise down? (correct)
